Virus Antidote
SANITRO
What you get
A systemic resistance activator (a compound that switches on defence throughout the plant), salicylic acid and harpin protein (a natural defence-trigger protein) deliver the same signal the plant generates when it is attacked. Within days the entire plant, including leaves not yet formed, has its defence system switched on.
A plant defence protein interferes with the mechanism a virus uses to multiply inside the cell, so the virus stops spreading from infected leaves into new growth.
Chitosan (a natural cell-wall strengthener) thickens the cell wall, and L-phenylalanine is the amino acid from which the plant makes its own defence compounds, so new leaves emerge clean while the older, damaged leaves remain behind.
Protein hydrolysate and plant polyphenols (natural plant compounds) maintain growth and photosynthesis (the leaf's food-making process) during the infection period, so yield is retained rather than the crop being uprooted.
Spread within the field stops within a week, and protection is renewed at each application through the season.
Effective against leaf curl, mosaic and yellowing viruses across susceptible crops, with the activated defence also improving the plant's resistance to fungal and bacterial disease.
